Taking your kiteboarding lessons with us means maximal effective practice time, permanent instructor presence and optimized personal security and insurance. An experienced coach & instructor, your watchful eye, is combining padagogic skills with riding experience to give you maximum progression according to your riders level.
We are offering you private courses as well as personal coachings for advanced riders, special hydrofoil & strapless lessons, and supervision in your session with us at ComboKite. As a local special we are offering Downwind Trips along the coast from Wissant to Sangatte including video documentation of the trip.

Addicted to kiteboarding since the first days! Me, Pierre Herque, owner and head coach of ComboKite – born in Dunquerke, straight on to the wild coast of Nord-pas-de Calais, i was carrying the passion for the sea since I’m young.
When kitesurfing came up i was fallen in love with this amazing sport from its first days on. Starting kitesurfing in 1999, the passion for the sport and the love for sharing the ride made me one of the first 500 IKO certified instructors worldwide in 2004.
After 17 years in competitions as a high level sportsman kitesurfing became my final focus and i continued my education with:
Meanwhile, after 19 years of riding and 14 years teaching experience all over the world – from France, Belgium and Spain to Egypt, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic or Zanzibar – Kitesurfing became my daily heartbeat.
Sharing the fascination of the ride from first lessons to advanced level, travelling and exploring new spots with our guest and delivering the most individual and progression optimized service to our students has become philosophy for me and our team here at Combokite!
